Important Information: All stock item returns must receive an ePrint-Network authorization number. Please contact if you wish to make a return.
Please read carefully:
Stock items for return or exchange must be returned to ePrint-Network in salable, condition. Returned items which ePrint-Network deems, at its sole discretion, as damaged to due wear, misuse or negligent handling are not eligible for refund or exchange. ePrint-Network is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return transit, and we recommend that you return items using and insured carrier. Return shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Please note that you are responsible for postage and insurance on returned merchandise.
When returning an item, please:
Place it in its original packaging.
Place packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
Please include a copy of your invoice specifying the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.
